Policies
Our commitments to quality, integrity, and data protection.
Quality Policy
BRA Register is committed to providing accurate, timely, and professionally managed support to help international companies access, operate, and remain compliant within Brazil's regulated markets. We deliver on this commitment by working exclusively through accredited and duly qualified partners for every certification, inspection, or audit process; by assigning only qualified, experienced professionals to each engagement; and by maintaining clear, honest communication with clients about regulatory requirements, timelines, and risks.
We continuously review our processes, partnerships, and technical knowledge to keep pace with evolving Brazilian regulation, and hold ourselves accountable for the reliability of every recommendation and every partner we bring into a client's regulatory pathway.
Integrity Policy
BRA Register operates in full compliance with applicable anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Brazil's Anti-Corruption Law (Federal Law No. 12,846/2013). We maintain zero tolerance for bribery, facilitation payments, or any improper offer, payment, or benefit to public officials or private parties in connection with our work before Brazilian regulatory agencies, customs authorities, or any other party.
Every representation, logistics, or in-country partner engaged on a client's behalf is vetted for its own compliance standards and remains contractually accountable for meeting this same standard of integrity. BRA Register also maintains strict operational and commercial separation from any certification process within BRA Certificadora's accredited scope, preserving the impartiality of that accreditation at all times.
Any concern regarding a potential integrity violation may be reported directly to BRA Register's leadership by emailing contact@braregister.com, the company's designated reporting channel.
Data Protection & Privacy Policy
BRA Register collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to deliver its services, including client contact information and data required for in-country representation, vendor registration, and regulatory or compliance processes conducted on a client's behalf in Brazil.
All personal data is handled in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Federal Law No. 13,709/2018) and applicable international data protection standards, using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, restricting access to authorized personnel, and retaining data only for as long as necessary to fulfill its intended purpose or meet legal requirements.
BRA Register does not sell personal data, and shares it with third parties — including certification, representation, or logistics partners — only where necessary to perform the contracted service, under confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy. Any request regarding the exercise of data subject rights, or any question about how personal data is handled, may be directed to contact@braregister.com.
